Daniel Joseph Henry, 34, Marion, request for diversion of domestic battery and criminal damage charges denied Nov. 10. Arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 22.

Johnathan Thomas, 22, Florence, pleaded guilty Oct. 6 to five counts of cruelty to animals and possession of methamphetamine. The meth charges carries a sentence of up to 10 to 24 months in prison and a fine of up to $100,000. Cruelty charge carries a sentence of up to 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine.

A bench warrant was issued Sept. 24 for Isis Tajay Laudermilk, 25, Wichita, for failure to appear on a charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, a third offense of driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, reckless driving, and speeding.
