Jason Daniel Bass, 46, Douglas, pleaded no contest Sept. 23 for violating his probation. He pleaded guilty in 2023 to possession of opiates, opium, narcotics or certain stimulant. Bass is seeking inpatient treatment.

Nicholas Allen Bowen, 39, Marion, was sentenced Sept. 23 for aggravated battery. A plea agreement calls for a jail term of 31 to 136 months and not more than a $300,000 fine.

Desmond Duendra Daugherty, 38, Wichita, pleaded guilty May 30 to a third offense of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of dangerous drugs. When he is sentenced next week, probation and $3.108 in court costs and fees are being recommended,

Chad Phillip Ingels, 41, Oklahoma City, pleaded guilty Dec. 1 for a second offense of driving under the influence. Sentencing scheduled for Jan. 5.
