Paige K. Garcia formally was charged June 16 with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of attempted aggravated battery, and failure to stop at an accident for allegedly twice driving her car at Joseph W. Heubach on June 2.

Javier Gomez formally was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct June 6.

Brandon L. Marple formally was charged Thursday with two courts of endangering a child and single counts of battery and domestic battery for allegedly contacting an approximately 6-year-old child in a rude, insulting, or angry manner and recklessly causing bodily harm to a domestic partner June 14 in the presence of an approximately 1-year-old child.

Seth R. Stroda pleaded no contest April 21 to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of marijuana and was sentence to 12 months probation and ordered to pay $1,016 including costs.
