Charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct against Alma D. Avila from an incident May 6 were dismissed pending completing of a diversion agreement in which she was assessed $1,053 in fees, ordered to perform 45 hours of community service and to have a mental health evaluation, and for one year not to consume alcohol or illegal substances, not remain anywhere anyone is using an illegal substance, and not have contact with Roger Shipley Jr.
Dylan A. Radke formally was charged Thursday with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct June 13 for allegedly damaging the front door to a residence in the 300 block of N. B St. in Ramona.
Joshua J. Smalley formally was charged June 23 with aggravated failure to appear in court.
