Marion native Dean Paul Seifert, 57, of Miles City, Montana, died April 13 in Billings, Montana.

He was born Jan. 27, 1960, to Leland and Hilda Seifert in Marion, where he also attended grade school. Seifert graduated high school in Grove, Oklahoma.

He moved to Miles City in 1985 and became a rancher. He married Sheila Rebich in 1994 in Miles City. Seifert was a life member of the National Rifle Association and Pheasants Forever.

He is preceded in death by his father, Leland, and brother, Kenneth Seifert.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila; mother, Hilda Seifert of Hillsboro; and brothers, Chuck Seifert of Marion and Don Seifert of Coolidge, Arizona.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
