Democrats to meet in person

Marion County Democrats will have their first in-person monthly meeting in more than two years at 10 a.m. April 9 at Peabody Township Library. The group met by teleconference during earlier stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

For a sixth year, a scholarship will be given to a graduating senior from one of the five county high schools. The $500 award can be used for technical school or college. Deadline for applications is noon April 11.
