Diann Cline

Delayed services for Marion High School graduate Diann Fern (Wiens) Cline, who died Feb. 3, 2020, at age 70, will be 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Crick-Christians Funeral Home, Lindsborg.

Interment of her urn will follow at the Cline family farm.

Born Feb. 11, 1950, to Harold and Mary Ann Fern (Bartel) Wiens, she graduated from Marion High School in 1968 and received a bachelor’s degree in home economics in 1973 from Emporia State University.

She married Marvin C. Cline in 1974 and worked as an extension agent in Barber and Saline Counties, in day-care food and nutrition programs, and at Lindsborg Community Hospital and Saline County Health. She later managed rental properties, helped in construction of new houses, and worked on the farm.

Survivors include husband Marvin of the home; son Matthew of Lindsborg; brother Gerald Wiens of Marion; sisters Denise Hett of Wichita, Joni Crofoot of Marion, Loreen Hett of Marion, Janice Hodson of Marion, and Loraine McGahee of Shawnee; and one grandchild.

Her parents preceded her in death.
