Donna Seifert

Donna J. Seifert, 79, died Sunday at the Cedars, McPherson. She was born Sept. 13, 1934, in Marion to Milton and Hazel Hawbecker Stenzel.

She was a homemaker and had worked for Hannaford Abstract in Marion. She was a member of Strassburg Baptist Church where she played the organ for 50 years.

She is survived by two sons, Brad of Junction City and Barry of Mesa, Ariz.; four daughters, Teresa Loney of Sunrise Beach, Mo., Lisa of Kansas City, Kan., and Janice and Melinda of McPherson; two sisters, Neva Winsky of Springfield, Mo., and Naomi Babb of Lubbock, Texas; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Strassburg Baptist Church, rural Marion. Interment will be at 1 p.m. at Marion Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion.

A memorial fund has been established with the church.
