The senior center’s egg donor made a second appearance last week, sharing that she is glad for a place to share her bounty.

She is not the center’s only food donor, as other people are willing to share tomatoes or cucumbers with seniors.

Bill Goentzel again grilled burgers for seniors July 23. He will be back Aug. 13 and 27.

Take Your Houseplant for a Walk Day was mentioned. The senior center hopes to observe the occasion next year.

Volunteers last week included Madonna Schafers, Dorothy Conyers, and Kendall Allison.
