Electoral truth

To the editor:

Thank you, Harry Bennett, for speaking the truth about the election process.

I have been a Republican for 50 years, however, I do not support Trumpism.

My father, a World War II veteran, fought against foreign governments for our democracy and freedom.

It is time for Americans to wake up to the fact that our democracy and freedoms are being threatened by American citizens who support conspiracy theories and the breach of our Capitol.
