7:29 a.m. — A person experiencing breathing difficulties in the 2800 block of Limestone Road was transported by Tampa Ambulance to Hillsboro Community Hospital. Durham first responders assisted with the call.

5:23 p.m. — A male in his 50s with facial lacerations caused by a fall at Peabody Care Center was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Newton Medical Center.

8:08 p.m. — Marion Fire Department and Marion Ambulance responded to a report of a juvenile involved in a four-wheeler accident in the 2000 block of Remington Road. Marion Sheriff Department redirected responders to a location east of the intersection of Remington Road and the old Pilsen Road. The juvenile was transported by LifeTeam helicopter to Wesley Medical Center.

wednesday

12:52 a.m. — Peabody Fire Department, Peabody Ambulance, and Peabody Rescue responded to a vehicle-train collision at U.S. 50 and Sunflower Road. A female was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Hillsboro Community Hospital.

5:02 a.m. — A male in his 70s who was unconscious with breathing difficulties at Country Inn was transported by Marion Ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

6:32 a.m. — A patient at Hillsboro Community Hospital requiring advanced life support was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Wesley Medical Center.

10:17 a.m. — A patient at Hillsboro Community Hospital requiring advanced life support was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Kansas Heart Hospital.

5:02 p.m. — Hillsboro Fire Department responded to a report of a ditch fire on Kanza Road three miles north of U.S. 56.

7:15 p.m. — A female with head and back pain at an unspecified location was transported by Marion Ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

8:29 p.m. — Hillsboro Fire Department responded to a report of fire alarms going off at the men’s quad at Tabor College.

8:37 p.m. — A female in her 60s experiencing chest pains in the 3300 block of Wagon Wheel Road was transported by Tampa Ambulance to Herington Municipal Hospital. Lincolnville first responders assisted with the call.

10:29 a.m. — A patient at Hillsboro Community Hospital requiring advanced life support was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Via Christi-St. Francis Hospital.

11:24 a.m. — Marion Fire Department and Marion Ambulance responded to a fire involving an abandoned structure at 170th Road and Nighthawk Road.

12:26 p.m. — A patient at Hillsboro Community Hospital was transported by Hillsboro Ambulance to Wesley Medical Center.

3:20 p.m. — Florence Ambulance responded to a male with an allergic reaction to a bee sting in the 500 block of Main Street. Transportation was not required.

7:27 p.m. — A patient who fell and experienced lacerations at Peabody Care Center was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Newton Medical Center.

1:13 a.m. — A patient in his 70s with chest pains at St. Luke Hospital was transported by Marion Ambulance to Kansas Heart Hospital.

2:04 a.m. — Peabody Fire Department responded to a report of a fire at Peabody Golf Course.

4:44 a.m. — A male with respiratory difficulties in the 700 block of North Olive Street was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital.

12:31 p.m. — A male with a broken leg in the 1800 block of 170th Road was transported by Marion Ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

2:06 p.m. — Hillsboro Ambulance responded to a female in her 70s with possible injuries resulting from a fall in the 1000 block of U.S. 56. No transportation was required.

10:40 p.m. — Per request of law enforcement, Peabody Ambulance responded to the intersection of Second Street and Walnut Street. Two individuals refused transportation.

8:09 a.m. — A patient at Hillsboro Community Hospital requiring advanced life support was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Kansas Heart Hospital.

8:14 a.m. — A female in her 80s who fell in the 300 block of North Roosevelt Street was transported by Marion Ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

12:03 p.m. — Peabody Ambulance, Peabody Fire Department, and Peabody Ambulance responded to an overturned semi transporting liquid fertilizer blocking railroad tracks two miles east of Peabody south of U.S. 50. The driver was transported to Hillsboro Community Hospital by Peabody Ambulance.
