1:33 p.m. — Marion and Florence fire responded to a grass fire that got into trees on Gilham Rd. southeast of the Marion airport.

1:50 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke to Golden Living Center in Cottonwood Falls.

2:26 p.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to the city burn pile, which had burned out of control.

3:37 a.m. — Goessel fire responded to a brush fire on Goldenrod Rd. between 100th and 110th Rds.

7:45 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from HCH to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

11:35 a.m. — Burns fire provided lifting assistance on an ambulance call for a man in his 90s who was sick in Butler County.

12:32 p.m. — Peabody ambulance took an elderly man who had seizures from the 100 block of S. Olive St. to Newton Medical Center.

2:01 p.m. — Marion ambulance took a person with a possible overdose from the 1200 block of E. Main St. to St. Luke.

4:04 p.m. — Goessel fire assisted with an ambulance call for a man in his 80s who had a possible stroke in McPherson County.

12:20 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a woman in her 90s with back pain to HCH.

8:06 p.m. — Goessel fire responded to a report of the odor of natural gas on K-15 near mile marker 115 south of Goessel.

8;43 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the unattended death of George Svitak, 83, at Marion Assisted Living.

9:28 p.m. — Peabody ambulance took a woman with difficulty breathing from the 300 block of Walnut St. to Newton Medical.

10:07 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to a medical false alarm in the 1500 block of E. Main St.

7:06 p.m. — Goessel fire responded to a grass fire in McPherson County.

8:20 p.m. — Florence ambulance took a man in his 70s shaking uncontrollably from the 200 block of W. 4th St. to Newton Medical.
