12:12 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 200 block of Elm St. for a man in his 60s who felt weak.

1:28 p.m. — Marion ambulance took a woman in her 80s with hip, abdominal, and back pain from the 400 block of N. Locust St. in Peabody to Newton Medical Center.

6:09 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a woman in her 80s who was unconscious and not breathing from the 300 block of Marion St. in Goessel to Newton Medical. Goessel first response also responded.

March 5

5:20 a.m. — Marion ambulance took a person with a possible hip fracture from Parkside Homes in Hillsboro to HCH.

11:26 a.m. — Peabody ambulance, rescue, and fire responded to a semi-truck vs. car crash at the intersection of Sunflower Rd. and U.S. 50. No transport was made.

3:32 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to a false report of a man in his 80s who was unresponsive in the 400 block of Briarwood.

7:16 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the American Legion post for a man in his 70s who needed oxygen. No transport was made.

2:47 a.m. — Marion ambulance made an emergency transfer from St. Luke Hospital to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

9:09 a.m. — Hillsboro fire and ambulance responded to a bed on fire in the 700 block of W. Grand Ave.

2:07 p.m. — Peabody fire responded to an oil tank on fire near 60th and Vista Rds.

2:49 p.m. — Marion ambulance took a woman who had a seizure and vomited from the 300 block of W. Santa Fe St. to St. Luke.

6:57 p.m. — Marion fire responded to a fire near 190th and Old Mill Rds.

8:37 p.m. — Peabody fire responded to a fire west of the city park. The tree that had caught fire earlier in the week caught fire again.

10:14 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a woman who had difficulty breathing and neck and abdominal pain from the 300 block of N. Ash St. to HCH.

Saturday

7:22 a.m. — Hillsboro and Lehigh fire responded to a grass fire on U.S. 56 east of Bison Rd.

11:37 a.m. — Burns fire responded to a grass fire on the county line with Chase County.

2:56 p.m. — Lincolnville and Lost Springs fire responded to a fire in the front yard of a home on U.S. 77 between 280th and 290th Rds.

3:33 p.m. — Burns fire was called back to the fire on the county line, which had sparked up again.

4:20 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a person who fell and had a possible head injury from Parkside Homes to HCH.

5:14 p.m. — Marion ambulance and Lincolnville first response responded to a medical alert on U.S. 77 between 280th and 290th Rds. The call was canceled while the units were en route.

7:13 p.m. — Peabody ambulance was called to the 100 block of N. Olive St. for a person with chest and arm pain. The result of the call was unclear from radio transmissions.

7:54 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from HCH to Parkside Homes.

8:37 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 500 block of N. Olive St. for a woman in her 80s who felt dizzy. The result of the call was unclear from radio transmissions.

9:07 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from Parkside Homes to Newton Medical.

Sunday

11:16 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 500 block of N. Vine St. for a medical alert, but it was a false alarm.

11:57 a.m. — Peabody ambulance took a man in his 70s who fell and had hip pain from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical.

7:03 p.m. — Tampa ambulance took a man in his 30s who had seizures from the 600 block of N. B St. in Ramona to Herington Municipal Hospital.

Monday

8:29 a.m. — Peabody ambulance took a woman in her 80s with shortness of breath from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical.

11:45 a.m. — Tampa fire and ambulance and Durham fire responded to a vehicle fire on 330th Rd. west of K-15.

2:26 p.m. — Peabody fire responded to a controlled burn that grew out of control at 90th and Kanza Rds.

2:51 p.m. — Goessel fire responded to a grass fire on the grounds of the Mennonite Heritage and Agricultural Museum.

4:26 p.m. — Peabody fire responded to a controlled burn that grew out of control at Prairie Lawn Cemetery.

7:35 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took an EagleMed helicopter crew from the airport to HCH and back to the airport.

8:28 p.m. — Marion ambulance took a woman in her 70s who had a possible stroke from the 100 block of S. Roosevelt St. to St. Luke.
