JULY 1

1:37 p.m. — Peabody ambulance transported from the 400 block of N. Locust St. to Newton Medical Center a woman in her 40s who said she needed to go to an emergency room. En route, EMTs noticed a small grass fire on Indigo Rd. near U.S. 50. Peabody firefighters responded.

3:29 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 600 block of N. Walnut St. Details of the run were inaudible.

7:03 p.m. — Tampa EMTs were called directly by someone in the 300 block of Roosevelt St. in Tampa and transferred a patient to Herington Hospital.

JULY 2

7:07 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke Hospital to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.

9:29 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital to Newton Medical Center.

THURSDAY

5:35 p.m. — Lost Springs firefighters and Lincolnville first responders were summoned to a hit-and-run accident on U.S. 56/77 near 330th Rd.

FRIDAY

1:32 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 400 block of S. Main St. but did not transport a woman in her 50s with low blood sugar.

2:09 p.m. — Lincolnville firefighters and first responders were dispatched to a one-vehicle accident at 290th and Sunflower Rds. A LifeTeam helicopter transported two patients from the scene at 3:12 p.m.

3:59 p.m. — Marion ambulance provided an emergency transfer from St. Luke to Newton Medical.

5:55 p.m. — Peabody ambulance transported a woman in her 40s with chest pains and difficulty breathing from the 600 block of N. Elm St. to Wesley.

9:28 p.m. — Peabody ambulance and firefighters responded to one or more seemingly minor incidents near the community’s Fourth of July celebration. No patients appeared to have been transported to a hospital.

SATURDAY

9:24 a.m. — Tampa ambulance apparently transferred a patient from Herington Hospital back to Tampa.

11:53 a.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke to the Dole Veterans Administration Medical Center, Wichita.

11:18 p.m. — Durham firefighters responded to a report of a ditch fire on 290th Rd. between Jade and Indigo Rds. No fire was discovered in a search of the location and surrounding area.

Sunday

11:37 a.m. — A patient was transferred from St. Luke to a Wichita hospital.

MONDAY

2:22 p.m. — Marion ambulance transported to St. Luke a young bicycle rider injuried in an accident at 4th and Main Sts.

9:55 p.m. — Marion firefighters responded to a small grass fire at US-56 and Upland Rd.

tuesday

3:26 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported someone needing medication assistance from 1st and Main Sts. to St. Luke Hospital.
