april 9

12:25 a.m. — A patient at Hillsboro Community Hospital was taken by Hillsboro ambulance to Kansas Heart Hospital in Wichita.

3:34 a.m. — A resident from Salem Home in Hillsboro was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

8:05 a.m. — A woman that had fallen, needed assistance getting up near 59th and Newell Rd. in Peabody. She refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance.

12:32 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke Hospital was taken by Marion ambulance to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

1:02 p.m. — Peabody and Hillsboro ambulance responded to a motorcycle accident near 140th and Indigo Rds. The patient was transported by air ambulance to a Wichita hospital.

1:39 p.m. — An elderly woman fell on a sidewalk in the 100 block of S. Main St., Hillsboro, and was taken to HCH by Peabody ambulance.

7:48 p.m. — Hillsboro firefighters were called to a ditch and tree row on fire in the area of 150th and Indigo Rds.

8:14 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was taken by Marion ambulance to Newton Medical Center.

7:54 p.m. — A 50-year-old woman was unresponsive in the 100 block of W. 7th St., Florence, she was deceased.

thursday

1:05 a.m. — A 35-year-old man with chest pains and numbness down his arm at Westview Manor in Peabody was taken to NMC by Peabody ambulance.

2:55 p.m. — A man who fell in the 10 block of Prairie Lane, Marion was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

3:58 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was taken by Marion ambulance to Wesley Woodlawn in Wichita.

9:35 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to a one-vehicle accident near 130th and Indigo Rds., no one was taken to a hospital.

10:46 p.m. — A man having a seizure at Marion County Jail was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

friday

11:20 a.m. — Hillsboro firefighters and rescue and Hillsboro and Peabody ambulances responded to a one-vehicle accident near 130th and Indigo Rds. No one was taken to a hospital.

11:30 a.m. — Hillsboro firefighters were called to a field where milo stubble was on fire near 170th and Indigo Rds.

1:05 p.m. — Burns firefighters responded to Chase County for mutual aide for a out of control fire.

2:34 p.m. — Hillsboro firefighters returned to the fire that had rekindled, near 170th and Indigo Rds.

12:59 a.m. — A patient from HCH was taken by Hillsboro ambulance to Kansas Heart Hospital in Wichita.

1:13 p.m. — Hillsboro firefighters were called to a control burn that got out of control near 180th and Chisholm Trail Rds.

sunday

3:28 a.m. — Marion firefighters were called to trees on fire near 150th and Sunflower Rds.

5:29 a.m. — An 89-year-old man found on the floor at Parkside Homes was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

8:09 a.m. — A patient from HCH was taken back to Parkside Homes by Hillsboro ambulance.

10:44 a.m. — A man who was unresponsive in the 900 block of Denver St., Marion. He later refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

1:42 p.m. — A 56-year-old man having difficulty breathing at Westview Manor was taken to Newton Medical Center by Peabody ambulance.

6:04 p.m. — Marion firefighters were called to Oasis School for a power strip smoking and lights flickering. No fire was found.

6:44 p.m. — A 69-year-old man having difficulty breathing in the 300 block of Sycamore St., Peabody, refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance.

10:58 p.m. — A woman found lying on the ground in Lehigh refused to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

12:59 a.m. — A person having chest pains in the 1500 block of E. Main St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

8:50 a.m. — An 80-year-old man who was very weak and lying on the floor near Prairie Lane and Highland Rd. at Marion County Lake was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

9:03 a.m. — A 60-year-old man who fell getting into his wheel chair needed assistance getting up near 180th and Goldenrod Rds. He refused to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

10:13 a.m. — A 73-year-old woman not feeling well in the 100 block of N. Coble St., Marion was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

12:35 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was taken by Marion ambulance to St. Francis in Wichita.

1:57 p.m. — A 31-year-old woman with chest pains at the Courthouse was taken to St. Luke by Hillsboro ambulance.

10:16 p.m. — A woman with a medical alarm going of in the 1500 block of E. Main St., refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.
