nov. 24

2:32 a.m. — A 24-year-old woman who swallowed a bottle of pills while traveling stopped near 230th and US-77. She then drove to US-56 & US-77 roundabout. She refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance. Tampa ambulance was first called but was canceled when they stopped by Marion.

11:28 a.m. — A 61-year-old man who was ill in the 100 block of S. Main St., Hillsboro, was taken to Newton Medical Center by Hillsboro ambulance.

2:10 p.m. — A 65-year-old woman with extreme leg pain in the 500 block of Lawrence St., Durham, was taken to Hillsboro Community Hospital by Tampa ambulance. A Durham first responder was also on scene.

3:19 p.m. — A 23-year-old man having a allergic reaction near 110th and Alfalfa Rds. refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

3:20 p.m. — A 97-year-old man with back pain in the 200 block of N. Pine St., Peabody, was taken to Newton Med by Peabody ambulance. Hillsboro ambulance rendezvoused with Peabody ambulance at Indigo Rd. and US-50 for assistance.

4:49 p.m. — A HCH patient was transferred to Kansas Heart Hospital, Wichita, by Hillsboro ambulance.

7:13 p.m. — A patient with a possible broken knee outside St. Luke Hospital was assisted by Marion ambulance crew.

Nov. 25

4:10 a.m. — A 40-year-old woman with low blood sugar levels in the 300 block of S. Washington St., Hillsboro, refused to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

3:03 p.m. — A person who stopped breathing in the 500 block of N. Vine St., Peabody had passed away. Peabody and Hillsboro ambulance responded.

3:27 p.m. — A 37-year-old woman who fell was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

8:53 a.m. — A 80-year-old woman who was bleeding at Indian Guide Apartments, Peabody, was taken to Newton Med by Peabody ambulance.

friday

11:36 a.m. — A 50-year-old man who was vomiting was taken to St. Luke by Hillsboro ambulance.

6:53 p.m. — A 22-year-old man who fell in the 100 block of N. Cedar St., Marion, refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

saturday

1:03 p.m. — A 89-year-old man from the 500 block of N. Vine St., Peabody, was taken to Newton Med by Peabody ambulance on doctor’s orders.

1:04 p.m. — Goessel, Hillsboro and Peabody firefighters and Hillsboro ambulance were called to a building on fire near 160th and Alamo Rds.

4:48 p.m. — A St. Luke patient was transferred to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, by Marion ambulance.

9:28 a.m. — A 85-year-old woman who fell in the bathroom in the 200 block of S. Washington St., Hillsboro, was helped up and refused to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

2:43 p.m. — Lincolnville, Lost Springs and Marion firefighters were called to a grass fire near 270th Rd. and US-77.

6:00 p.m. — A St. Luke patient was transferred to Salina Regional Health Center by Marion ambulance.

monday

1:07 a.m. — A 91-year-old woman with stroke-like symptoms in the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St., Marion, was taken to Ascension Via-Christi St. Francis, Wichita, by Marion ambulance.

11:29 a.m. — A woman who fell in the 400 block of N. Walnut St., Peabody, was helped up and refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance.

3:29 p.m. — A woman with a high heart rate and low oxygen at Parkside Home, Hillsboro, was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.
