12:35 a.m. — Hillsboro Community Hospital requested emergency assistance from Hillsboro ambulance.

3:18 p.m. — Ramona firefighters were called for mutual aid to a grass fire in Dickinson County.

3:41 p.m. — Tampa firefighters were called for mutual aid to a grass fire in Dickinson County.

Feb. 24

12:21 p.m. — Peabody firefighters were called to a grass fire near 80th and Old Mill Rds.

thursday

4:32 a.m. — An 84-year-old woman who was feeling weak in the 500 block of Norwood St., Peabody, was taken to Newton Medical Center by Peabody ambulance.

12:41 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke Hospital was transferred by Marion ambulance to Newton Med.

5:57 p.m. — An 82-year-old man who was bleeding in the 1000 block of Denver St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

friday

12:11 p.m. — Hillsboro rescue and firefighters and Marion and Hillsboro ambulance were called to a two-vehicle accident near US-56 and Kanza Rds. Two patients were taken to Wesley Medical Center by Hillsboro and Marion ambulances. Three people were deceased.

5:36 p.m. — A St. Luke patient was transferred to Ascension Via Christi St. Francis, Wichita, by Marion ambulance.

5:40 p.m. — A HCH patient was transferred to St. Francis, Wichita, by Hillsboro ambulance.

There were no radio transmissions recorded from Friday at 7:01 p.m. to Saturday at 8:26 p.m.

saturday

10:19 a.m. — Peabody firefighters were called to a trailer on fire near 30th and Pawnee Rds.

1:33 p.m. — A St. Luke patient was transferred to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, by Marion ambulance.

2:04 p.m. — Hillsboro firefighters were requested to bring one brush truck to Hillsboro’s sewer treatment plant for a fire that rekindled.

3:51 p.m. — Marion firefighters were called to a grass fire near 260th and Yarrow Rds. Lincolnville, Lost Springs, Tampa and Herington firefighters and Marion ambulance were also called.

7:02 p.m. — Hillsboro firefighters were called to a possible carbon dioxide leak in the 200 block of N. Main St., Hillsboro.

10:06 p.m. — A customer who collapsed at Fuzzy’s in Florence refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

1:44 a.m. — A 79-year-old man having difficulty breathing near Random Trail Rd., Marion County Lake and Park, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

2:29 p.m. — Lincolnville, Lost Springs, Florence, Ramona and Marion firefighters and Marion ambulance were called to a grass fire that had rekindled near 240th Rd. and US-77.

monday

8:09 a.m. — An 85-year-old man who was incoherent in the 600 block of Topeka Ave., Lincolnville, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance. Tampa ambulance and Lincolnville first responders were also on scene.

10:31 a.m. — A St. Luke patient was transferred to Newton Med by Marion ambulance.

7:00 p.m. — Lincolnville firefighters were called to a grass fire near 240th Rd. and US-77. No fire was found.

8:56 p.m. — A 58-year-old man whose feeding tube was pulled out at Salem Home, Hillsboro, was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance. He was taken back to Salem Home at 10:08 p.m. by Hillsboro ambulance.
