Erma Nellans

Erma June Yeadon Nellans passed away peacefully Nov. 12, 2017, at her home in Peabody.

She was born May 13, 1926, to Cleo and Arthur Yeadon in Morris, Oklahoma.

She married Glenn Nellans on April 18, 1948, in Perryton, Texas. To that union she brought three children: Martin, Dave, and Dale. She was a farm wife and homemaker who enjoyed making crafts and decorating cakes.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Glenn; brothers Frank Bowen, Ronnie Boston, and Carlos Girk; and sisters Betty Joe Yeadon and Peggy Baker.

Survivors include sons Martin Nellans and wife, Alice, of Peabody; Dave Nellans and wife, Marti, of Burns; and Dale Nellans and wife, Kim, of Peabody; sister Geraldine Glenn of Peabody; sister-in-law Delores Girk of Newton; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
