Evelyn Beard

Evelyn Elizabeth Beard, 94, died Feb. 10, 2009, at Spanish Cove Retirement Village of Yukon, Okla.

Born Nov. 1, 1914, in Marion, she was the daughter of Paul and Myrtle Kyle.

She lived in Wichita. She was a retired bank teller.

Her husband, Ralph K. Beard, a brother, Ken Kyle, and a granddaughter preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son, Lewis Beard of Yukon; a sister, Phyllis Nedeau of Wichita; and a brother, Glenn Kyle of Peabody.

Services were Monday at Epworth United Methodist Church of Wichita.

Burial was at Marion Cemetery.

A memorial has been established with the church and can be sent to the church at 856 S. Green Street, Wichita KS 67211.
