Harry and Sheryle Rhodes had a late afternoon supper Dec. 21 for their family Christmas. Guests were Ken and Shelli Giesbrecht and Taylor, Calvin and Janene Wiebe and family, and Darrin and Meri Kay Rhodes and family.
Merlin and Karletta Wiebe had the Harry Wedel family Christmas on the evening of Dec. 22 for a potluck supper. It was at the Cottonwood Grove School.
Lola Redger and family and Verla Redger of Hillsbow were dinner guests at the home of Ray Redger Dec. 25.
Ron and Dora Unruh had their family over for dinner and a gift exchange Dec. 22. Those who attended were Jim and Brenda Enns, Lon and Deb Hiebert, Matt, Mark, and Barb Unruh, Sarah, Warren and Anita Unruh, Nathan, Kyle, and Jenna, David, and Ashley Enns and family, Josh and Katelin Hendricks, and Darren Enns.
Dale Rhodes and family had a potluck supper at the Cottonwood Grove School Dec. 23.
Clayton and Betty Wiebe attended the memorial service for Betty’s sister-in-law Betty Koehn at the Gospel Fellowship Church in Montezuma on Dec. 19. They also attended the memorial service for Betty’s niece’s husband Dale R. Koehn at the North Mennonite Church in Montezuma.
The families that got together for a potluck dinner at the Cottonwood Grove School on Christmas Day were Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Richard and Charlotte Wiebe, Nelson and Bev Wiebe and family, Ruston and Lydia Dirks and family, Marlin and Bethany Wiebe and Jessami and Bruce and Cheryl Dirks of Colorado. The Dirks left to head home on Dec. 26.
Going to the home of Lon and Deb Hiebert for dinner on Dec. 25 were Ron and Dora Unruh.
