Farmers markets feature fresh food, crafts

Fresh produce, homemade goodies, crafts, dinner, socializing, and fresh air in the park are available from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. every Thursday through Veteran’s Day at Hillsboro Memorial Park.

Peabody also has farmers markets from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Monday through Labor Day. Peabody farmers markets are held downtown.

At both, meals are sold by community organizations.

Marion’s farmers market is 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in Central Park. Meals by community organizations are not available, but produce, homemade baked goods, plants, and crafts are sold. It usually runs through the end of August.
