FFA offers mower service

As a service to the community, Marion/Florence FFA members will offer lawnmower winterization.

Owners can drop mowers off at the ag shop south of the high school until Dec. 10 and work will be completed by Dec. 17.

The group will stabilize fuel, change oil, and sharpen mower blades. The oil filter will be changed as well, but owners are asked to supply the filter.

Cost for service is $20 for push mowers and $35 for riding mowers.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will go to Marion Food Bank as a part of the FFA chapter’s ongoing commitment to combat food insecurity.
