Garage sales planned

Citywide garage sales are planned for June 12 and 13 in Hillsboro and Marion.

County health nurse Diedre Serene said she thought garage sales should be conducted like other businesses.

Customers should wear masks, stay six feet away from one another, and sanitize their hands after touching things just as they would after touching things in stores, she said.

Garage sale listings are being accepted through noon Monday at http:mnks.us/garage. Hillsboro residents are further being advised to contact the Chamber of Commerce by noon today.
