Heather Rene (Fitzpatrick) Shaw, 35, of Wichita, died Aug. 7.

She grew up in Valley Center and was a certified nurse’s aide with Staffmark employment agency.

Her grandfather, Linis Fitzpatrick, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Destiny Fitzpatrick and Cody Shaw of Valley Center; her fiancé, Jerry Clutter of Clearwater; her parents, Jim Fitzpatrick of Valley Center and Marjorie Richardson of Marion; a brother, Tony Richardson of Lawrence; a sister, Shannon Baker of Kansas City, Mo.; and grandparents Ethel Fitzpatrick of Valley Center, Viola Mae Whiteside of Texas, and Delbert Hulsey of Idaho.

Services were Aug. 11 at Valley Center Memorial Cemetery, Valley Center.
