The 93rd annual Hett family reunion was Aug. 14 at Marion County Lake Hall, where a potluck dinner was shared by family members and guests.

Following the meal, reunion president Jeremy Hett conducted a business meeting. Officers were elected for 2012: Torey Hett, president; Jarvis Whiteman, vice president; Shirley Jo Hett, secretary; and Evelyn Hett, treasurer.

Descendants of the Henry Hett family were introduced. Several members of the family traveled from Missouri and California.

The next reunion will be Aug. 12, 2012, at the Marion County Lake Hall.
