Elaine Phillips

Services for Elaine Phillips, 64, who passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, Aug. 21, 2025, were Sept. 8 at Peabody United Methodist Church.

Born Jan. 30, 1961, in Rochdale, England, she was the only daughter of Ken and Joan Helliwell and cherished sister of Graham Helliwell of Cornwall, England.

She had a deep appreciation for music, sewing, and travel, but above all, Elaine found her greatest joy in spending time with her family and beloved pets.

Elaine is survived by her loving wife, Pris Phillips; her children, Lorna Adele Miller and Martyn J. Harrison; her caring former husband, Derek Harrison; six (soon to be seven) grandchildren; and her dear brother, Graham Helliwell.

Elaine’s warmth, creativity, and generous spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
