Enid Jesse
Enid Redger Jesse, 85, passed away Oct. 9, 2018, in Wichita. She was born in rural Roxbury to Neal Redger and Maria (Schmidt) Redger. She was a graduate of Roxbury High School.
She was preceded in death by son Brian Shonk; brothers Milton Redger and Dallas Redger; sisters Hazel Burkle and Neola Nickelson; parents Neal and Maria Redger.
Enid is survived by her husband Richard Jesse; daughter Debra Davis; son Russell Shonk; step-sons Mark Jesse, Rex and wife Marsha Jesse; brother Lorenz and wife Juanita Redger; several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be designated in her memory to Grace Cottage Nursing Home, 531 N. Crestline, Wichita, Kansas 67212 or Serenity Hospice Care, 9415 E. Harry, Ste 305, Wichita, Kansas 67207.
Graveside services were 11 a.m. Oct. 18 at Elm Springs Cemetery, Roxbury, east of Roxbury 5 miles and north 1ΒΌ miles on Bison Rd. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com.
