Hope Ehlers

Funeral services for Edith Hope (Mullins) Ehlers, 93, who passed away March 30, 2023, at Superior Good Samaritan Society at Superior, Nebraska, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2023, at Megrue-Price Funeral Home in Superior.

Todd Allen will officiate. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday with the family present to greet friends

Interment will be in the Webber Cemetery, Webber, Kansas.

Born June 6, 1929, in Superior to William and Beulah (Paul) Mullins, she married Orrin Ehlers on Jan. 24, 1950, in Nelson, Nebraska.

The union was blessed with six sons and five daughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Orrin on July 2, 2006; brother Lyle Mullins; and son-in-law Bob Morgan.

Survivors include children Dale Ehlers and wife Betty of Marion; Jaquetta Morgan of Lincoln, Nebraska; Dean Ehlers and wife Janice of Superior; Darwin Ehlers of Webber; Delton Ehlers of Superior; Dalane Ehlers and wife Rose of Superior; Jalonda Bouray and husband Brad of Courtland; Jarinda Sudbeck and husband Mark of Fordyce, Nebraska; Janetta Rogers and husband Dave of Wilber, Nebraska; Jaletta Nondorf and husband Scott of Superior, Nebraska; Davon Ehlers and wife Tori of Superior; and Nona Payne and husband Don of Minden, Ontario.

Also surviving are 27 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Virginia Mullins of Denver and Opal Johnson of North Carolina; brothers-in-law Cecil Ehlers and wife JoAnn of Las Vegas; and Wes Ehlers of Apache Junction, Arizona; many nieces, nephews other relatives; and a host of friends.

Memorials are suggested to go to the family to be designated later.
