A Diamond Agent Award recognized sales and service of life insurance products.

A Peak Harvest Award recognized sales and service of farm policies.

His agency also was named an American Star agency for the 18th consecutive year for outstanding customer satisfaction.

Hanschu was named district agent of the month in December for central and north central Kansas.

An American Family agent since September 1998, he will be recognized at the company’s state convention in April.
