Jackie Mickels

Jackie Mickels, 82, died Dec. 17 at Comfort Care Homes of Harvey County.

Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church.

She was born April 17, 1933, to John T. and Elma S. Wiebe in Dalhart, Texas.  

Survivors include daughters, Kim Kroeker and Penni Schroeder, both of Hillsboro; Leslie Brown of Kearney, Nebraska; sisters, Delores Harms of Grant, Nebraska and Connie Knoll of Omaha, Nebraska; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.  

She was predeceased by her husband Donald Mickels in 2010 and daughter Bonnie Mickels in 2013.
