Jerrie Kruse

Jerrie Ann Kruse, 74, died July 22, at Wichita.

She was born Jan. 17, 1937, in Moundridge, to Dan and Matilda (Goering) Kaufman.

Jerrie was an elementary school teacher and homemaker. She attended Grace Bible Institute in Omaha and graduated from Tabor College of Hillsboro.

She was a member Strassburg Baptist Church, rural Marion.

Two sisters, Mildred and Leona, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Dwight; two sons, Jason and Alan of Marion; a daughter, Pam Garcia of Newton; five brothers, Milo of Potwin, Dalmer of Durham, Leonard and Wilmer of South Dakota, and Jerald of Florida; two sisters, Arene Entz of Peabody and Reitha Klassen of Syracuse, Ind.; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Strassburg Baptist Church with Pastor Don Mashburn officiating.

Burial will be in Strassburg Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established with the church in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St, Marion KS 66861.
