Joanne Foyle

Services for Hillsboro native Joanne Foyle, 82, who died Thursday at her home in Emporia, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church, Emporia.

Pastor Ross Baker will officiate.

Born July 16, 1942, to John and Fern (Newton) Vogt, she married Harvey Foyle on Aug. 7, 1964, in Hillsboro.

He survives along with sons Douglas Foyle of Connecticut and Kevin Foyle of Houston and four grandchildren.

Brother Jerold Vogt died in 2009.

Memorials have been established with the church and its scholarship fund.
