Kay E. Heidebrecht, 76, died Nov. 28 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Wichita, Kansas.

Visitation was Tuesday at Zeiner Funeral Home in Marion. 

A funeral service will be 10a.m. today at Strassburg Baptist Church, Marion.  Interment will follow at Marion Cemetery. 

She was born Nov. 20, 1939 to Clinton and Marguerite Swan at Wichita.  She was a graduate of Wichita East High School. 

She married Leland Heidebrecht on Sept. 13, 1958. In 1967, they relocated to Marion, where they owned and operated Quality Market. 

She is survived by her husband; sons, Scott of Marion and Dale of Wichita Falls, Texas; sister, Shirley Steppe of Overland Park; brother, Paul of Marion; and five grandsons. 

A memorial fund has been established for Strassburg Baptist Church.
