Kynlee Rae Chaffee was born May 15 to Cody Chaffee and Angie Herzet of Clay Center. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20 ¾ inches long.

She has an older sister, 5-year-old Aubrey Mae.

Brad and Becky Vannocker and Bob and Marlene Herzet, all of Hillsboro, and Mike and Trudy Chaffee of Clay Center are Kynlee’s grandparents.

Virginia Edmunds of Marion, Orville Vannocker of Florence, Gary and Carolyn Chaffee of Clay Center, and Marion and Deona Brenner of Randolph are her great-grandparents.
