Laurie M. Creamer, 50, died Aug. 7 at her home in Marion.

She was born Feb. 18, 1961, in Marion, to Chester and Bonnie (Roberts) Ratzloff. She graduated from Marion High School.

She had worked at Florence Healthcare as a nurse aide for 22 years, prior to its closing. She then went to work at Newton Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Doug Regier.

She is survived by her children Travis Creamer of Hesston, Haley Foth of Hillsboro, and Misty French of McPherson; six grandchildren; companion, Ken Hoffman of Hillsboro; and siblings Debra Regier, Sharon Terrel, and Michael Ratzloff, all of Marion, and Jamie Hopkins of Ellinwood.

Visitation with family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Marion Christian Church. Interment will be in the Marion Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established with the church in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm, Marion, KS 66861.
