Left turn leads right into pickup

Darren L. Roller, 62, Canton, was taken to Hillsboro Community Hospital after a wreck at 2:35 p.m. Friday at US-56 and K-15/Holly Rd.

The crash sent his 2008 Ford F-150 careening into a ditch, where it overturned.

According to a sheriff’s accident report, Amy S. Koehn, 51, Durham, driving a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe, was attempting to turn left onto K-15 when she turned in front of Roller’s 2008 Ford F-150.

Koehn did not report injury.

Hillsboro firefighters provided traffic control at the scene.
