Club notes

Lincolnville Wide Awake met Jan. 5 at Lincolnville Community Center.

Roll call was “what I cook best,” with 12 members, three leaders, three parents, and one guest present.

Jenaya Plett led members in The Pledge of Allegiance and 4-H Pledge. Emily Casey provided refreshments and led a performance of the “chicken dance.” Members played freeze tag for fun. The gift, program, and decorations committees met to plan the group’s soup luncheon.

The next meeting is 6:30 p.m. Feb. 10, and there will be Pickle Power practice.
