Lyle Lucas

Lyle Leland Lucas Jr., 71, died Jan. 28 at Newton Medical Center. Services will be held later.

Lyle was born Feb. 14, 1947, in Marion, to Lyle and Maedean Lucas.

After growing up in La Puente, California, he served in the Army.

Following retirement, he returned to Marion and was active in the Newton VFW.

He is survived by an aunt and numerous cousins

He was preceded by his parents and a brother, Jack Lucas.
