“And Halloween is right around the corner,” site manager Ruth Lott said. “The Trunk or Treat downtown on Walnut Street this year sounds like a fun event for kids and we ‘young at heart’ seniors. Several of our members plan to decorate their trunks and hand out candy to the little ones. We hope everyone will come join the fun. Who knows, you might even win the $100 prize for best decorations!”
