Farmers market vouchers are available at Marion Senior Center. Those 60 and older who meet income guidelines may qualify for one of 25 state vouchers, good for $30 in produce.
The center was host for Marion County Senior Citizens board meeting May 15.
Senior Center Day was May 20. Ralph Noriega sang and played guitar for the program. Sue Clough announced meal prices would increase to $3.50.
A representative of Angels Care Home Health will present “Enjoy Fitness at Every Age” on June 3.
The current issue of “Keynotes,” the area agency on aging’s publication, features Marion County’s legacy of involvement with older people and their needs. It included a photo of Noreen Weems, Lanell Hett, Lila Unruh, and Gayla Ratzlaff, and a photo of Silver-Haired Legislator Mary Olson.

Thursday — Hamburger and fixings, potato wedges, coleslaw, peaches.
Friday — Ham loaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots, fruit salad, cornbread.
Monday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, peas and carrots, tossed salad, mixed fruit cup, garlic bread.
Tuesday — Smothered pork chop, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli, fruited gelatin, oatmeal cookie, bread.
June 3 — Herbed baked chicken, baked sweet potato, green beans with onion, strawberry and banana, frosted cake, roll.
June 4 — Roast turkey, cornbread dressing, gravy, green bean casserole, mandarin oranges and pineapple, roll.
