Thursday — Baked fish, potato wedges, cole slaw, pickled beets, garlic bread.

Friday — Beef pizza, tossed salad, tomato slices, cottage cheese with fruit.

Monday — Closed for Labor Day.

Tuesday — Bierock casserole, mixed vegetables, blueberry crisp.

Sept. 5 — Oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, strawberries and bananas.

Sept. 6 — Tamale pie, spanish rice, refried beans, marinated tomato and cucumber salad, pears.
