Thursday — Tamale pie, Spanish rice, refried beans, marinated tomato and cucumber salad, pears.

Friday — Pot roast, baked potato, apple and cabbage salad, carrots, peaches, whole-wheat roll.

Monday — Bierock casserole, mixed vegetables, blueberry crisp.

Tuesday — Country fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, spinach salad, fruited gelatin, whole-wheat roll.

Sept. 12 — Baked turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, green bean casserole, strawberry shortcake with whipped topping.

Sept. 13 — Chicken salad sandwich, potato wedges, pineapple frosted cake, whole-wheat bread.
