Thursday — Pork roast, baked sweet potatoes, spinach, rosy applesauce, whole wheat roll.

Friday — Oven-baked fish, macaroni and cheese, peas, fruit cocktail, whole wheat roll.

Monday — Closed.

Tuesday — Beef stew, crackers, pickled beets, fruit cocktail, biscuits.

Jan. 23 — Fresh-baked steak, scalloped potatoes, glazed carrots, pears, gelatin cake with whipped topping, whole wheat roll.

Jan. 24 — Hamburger steak, creamed potatoes with peas, mixed fruit cup, whole wheat roll.
