April 3 —Lemon baked fish or pork chop, mashed potatoes, sautéed zucchini and squash, apple crisp, whole-wheat roll.

Thursday — Ham steak, baked potato with sour cream, spinach salad, angel food cake with fruit, whole-wheat roll.

Friday — Hamburger with bun, lettuce, onion, tomato, coleslaw, potato wedges, pineapple.

Monday — Swiss steak, garden blend rice, steamed cabbage with parsley, tossed salad, fruit cup, whole-wheat roll.

Tuesday — Honey-glazed pork chop, baked sweet potato, zucchini, mandarin oranges and bananas, frosted gelatin poke cake, whole-wheat roll.

April 29 — Barbecue chicken, corn O’Brien, peas, banana pudding, whole-wheat roll.

April 30 — Mushroom hamburger steak, baked potato, coleslaw, mixed fruit cup, whole-wheat roll.
