Marion Middle School seventh-graders Krisde Robinson and Cade Harms were selected and performed with the South Central Kansas Music Educators Association Honor Band.

They rehearsed all day Nov. 5 and performed in the concert with students from schools in the region.

Krisde is the daughter of Kevin and Janet Robinson and Cade is the son of Mark and Kim Harms.

Marion High School sophomore Alicia Maloney was selected for the SCKMEA high school honor band and qualified for KMEA all-state band auditions.

Alicia is the daughter of Brett and Mary Maloney.
