Martial arts class now open

A martial arts class will meet 6 to 7 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays at Hillsboro’s Memorial Park.

Classes will emphasize hand-to-hand and weapon forms, self-defense, and sparring. The class costs $40 a month and $20 for each additional family member in a household. The first lesson is free.
