Marvin Hill

Services for Marvin Hill, 84, who passed away Sunday at Salem Home in Hillsboro, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church in Hillsboro.

He was born Feb. 5, 1936, in Kanopolis to Adam and Anna Shiroky Hill.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Hill, Hillsboro; son Terry Hill, Hillsboro; daughters Barbara Alvarez, Hillsboro, Leslie Schlesener, Herington, and Robin Plenert, Hillsboro; brothers, Adam Hill and Perry Hill; sister Wilma Loewen; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

His brothers Charlie and Dean, and sister Loretta Holub preceded him in death. A memorial fund has been established with Zion Lutheran Church, Hillsboro.
