The executive board of St. Luke Hospital Auxiliary has voted to purchase a new television for the hospital’s obstetric waiting room and a new treatment cart for the wards.
Marion High School will present “Oklahoma!” Friday and Saturday in Marion Municipal Auditorium. Featured cast members include Matt Schuler, Meredith Moore, Andrew Brookens, Megan Whitaker, Timothy Schuler, Nikki Rogers, Emanuel Ruefenacht, and Tyler Miesse. The play is directed by Janet Killough.

Theodore “Ted” Haefner, retired farmer/stockman and auctioneer, died Feb. 22 at Hillsboro. He lived in the Lincolnville community and was widely known across central Kansas as an auctioneer. He also was a real estate broker.
