St. Luke Hospital board members and CEO Jeremy Armstrong broke ground Monday afternoon on the hospital’s $6 million renovation project. Tentative time for completion is October 2011.

There is no rocking chair for octogenarian Aldina Martens of Lehigh who maintains five city lots, three gardens, and about a dozen chickens and sees no reason to slow down at 80.
