Mrs. Tilson announces that she will sell goods in her line for the next thirty days, at cost, to make room for a large addition to her stock and for spring goods. Mrs. Tilson’s millinery establishment is the favorite resort of the ladies of the town. She is not only a lady of rare taste and excellent judgment in her business, as well as a refined, useful member of society. We wish her abundant success.

The new Catholic Church at Florence has been formally dedicated. It is a stone structure, 30x40.

The supply of coal is getting scant at all the railroad points. The demand for it, occasioned by the unprecedented long cold “spell,” was not anticipated by dealers.

A pleasant party of young folks “surprised” Miss Hattie Young last Tuesday night. “Back east” we called such gatherings “storm” parties, and that name would be entirely appropriate for a blustering night like Tuesday’s. But what do young folks care for bad weather?
